No response from Figma Education - unable to resolve issue.

Hello,

 

My students are unable to get their education status verified even though they are using school email addresses. I have contacted Figma Education multiple times to try and resolve the issue and received no response. 

 

Please let me know what to try next to resolve this issue promptly.

In the meantime, I did want to share one point that may be relevant: We recently updated the education verification flow, and the process now differs depending on the type of institution. To help ensure this is routed correctly, can you confirm whether you’re reaching out on behalf of K–12/high school, higher education, or bootcamp/online course students?
