I charged unintentionally. There was no charge last month, but charged this month even though I unsubscribe my subscription last month.

I understand your concern about the recent charge.

 

After checking on our end, here’s what we found:

  • Your team was on a monthly Professional plan, which was canceled during the previous billing term.
  • During that same billing period, a Full seat was added to the team.

Any prorated charges for seats that weren’t billed during the previous billing term are automatically applied to the next invoice. This is expected behavior.

In your case, when the last billing cycle started, there were no paid seats on your team, which is why there was no charge at that time. However, the usage of the Full seat prior to cancellation had not yet been billed, resulting in the prorated charge that appeared on your most recent invoice.

 

A quick note on seat types:

  • A View seat includes view and comment access to Figma Design, Figma Slides, and FigJam.
  • A Full seat is required to create or edit Figma Design files.

Hi, Thank you for the detailed explanation.

We understand that the Full seat may have been considered “added” during the previous billing period.

However, we do not recall taking any action that would intentionally add or use a Full seat, nor was it our intention to perform any activity that would result in such a charge.

 

Given this, we would like to kindly ask whether it would be possible to cancel or reverse the related charge.

 

As we understood that our plan had already been canceled, we did not intend to use, nor did we knowingly use, any paid features after that point. Based on this understanding, we believe there should be no activity logs indicating paid usage on our side during the relevant period.
