Subject: URGENT: Accidental Permanent Deletion of Critical File - Request for Restoration

Description: Dear Figma Support Team,

I am writing to urgently request your assistance in recovering a file that I accidentally permanently deleted.

Due to a mistaken operation, I selected "Delete forever" and cleared it from my "Deleted" tab (Trash). This file is extremely critical for my ongoing project, and I am hoping it might still be recoverable from your server backups within the retention window.

Here are the details of the missing file:

  • File Name: Untitled

  • File URL: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

  • Team Name: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

  • Date & Time of Deletion: Today, around 9:30 AM CST (3 hours ago)

  • Account Email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

I understand that "Delete forever" is usually irreversible, but since this happened very recently, I would appreciate it if you could check if any temporary backup exists.
