I’ve issue in syncing data from Google Sheet where the data is present in second or third tab. When I hit sync, the layer automatically hides itself and the data is not getting updated.But this is not the case for the first tab. Is this the known issue? should I keep 3 separate files to sync the data in Figma?

Our Sandbox tenant is experiencing issues. We are unable to log into previous Make files or published Make sites.
I have been trying to re-verify my education status with my college credential. I had first contacted SheerId, they kept talking about school issued email id which is irrelevant to my case and asked me to contact official Figma support to verify my “Higher Ed” profile. So did I. Figma then replied to ask SheerId about the authentication process. I need help in this matter, please.This conversation happened between the end of October and the start of November 2025.
Hello, I am reaching out in regards that I was trying to reverify my education info, and I am unable to as my school is not in your system. I have completed the form days ago and yet to hear back, I assume as because the form states its not monitored. The reason that I cannot use my school email to verify is not only because they block outbound emails from other domains that are not my school but I have tried multiple times.
Sheer ID said I have been verified since December, but figma education still hasn’t responded to my email to fix the verification message on figma and I have a team project I need to to complete by monday. Hi,I’ve tried verifying my student status I don’t know how many times but it doesn’t work. I’ve filled out the form and added valid proof of study, my course schedule as well as my program registration in both Swedish and in English but it says it isn’t valid. I’ve tried different ways for over a week and I really need to get it verified. I have a group project which I can’t access right now which is a big problem.Hope you can help!All the best,Filippa
Hello! I’m having a lot of trouble verifying my account. I’ve sent forms of identification, which the website cannot recognize, and whenever I attempt to verify the account again, it says that I’ve exceeded the attempts to verify so it’s practically useless for me to even try, even if I use a different email. I have assignments to do that are due soon and I cannot even begin them, so if I’m stuck without an account then I’m pretty much screwed. Can someone help me? Thank you!

Hi Figma team / community,I’m looking for help with a billing issue and possible refund.I was originally on a Student plan, but I ran into a student verification issue that took 1–2 months to resolve. During that time, I upgraded to a Professional plan because my files would otherwise be locked, which would have affected my teammates.I have since left the team, but I’m still being charged for the Professional plan. I’ve now been charged for over two months, even though the upgrade was only a temporary workaround due to the verification issue (which was not caused by me).Given that: I upgraded only to prevent my work from being locked The verification issue took a long time to resolve I’ve already left the team but am still being charged I’d like to ask: How can I fully cancel the Professional subscription so I’m no longer charged? Is it possible to receive a refund for the 3-4 months I was charged due to this verification issue? I’d really appreciate any guidance or help resolvin
I am getting this screen everytime I try to load my design that was created in Figma Make. I have an very important meeting and now I have nothing to show. What is going on. I have 1,700 credit remaining out of 4,250. I can see other publish Figma Make files, but I am unable to see the latest project I created last night. Please help, this request is urgent.

Good afternoon.The command in Figma is Shift+D. It opens the Dev Mode window, and it's also supposed to close it.However, for some time now, neither Shift+D nor Ctrl+Win have been working. The Dev Mode window can only be closed with the Back to Design Mode button.I'd like to know if this is a temporary bug or will it always be like this? It's really inconvenient.Thanks!
Does anyone else have this issue?Where the sub-components is locked & positioned with “Ignore auto layout” then suddenly they start to move on its own half way through my work on various artboards (not components, all different artboard) even though I have NOT touched the position of the locked layer or the main component of for example the “scrollbar” component. Asset search does not return results in any file (new or old), both on Web and Desktop. Even newly created components with simple names are not searchable. It seems the account search index is broken.
I have a problem when I try to use symbols — they appear in a distorted/broken form. I deleted the application and reinstalled it, but the same problem still exists. I also opened the website online and found the same issue there.
I’ve seen this issue raised a couple times. I’m hoping to archive an old file despite the warnings against all data lost after closing an account being permanent. I transferred ownership of the file before closing it and now it’s gone.I had two accounts. Account A – under an inactive email address but I kept this account open because it of the AI credits associated with it. First, I shared the prototype for review. Then I wanted to move the prototype to a team project, but there was no option to move the prototype. Then I went to the prototype and clicked "Move prototype to team project." After that, the prototype disappeared. I checked all the trashes, and the prototype was nowhere to be found. Hi, Figma Education Team,I am writing to request urgent assistance with my Figma Education Plan. Like many other users, I am experiencing serious re-verification issues.I am a UX design student at Yrgo, Sweden, and I lost access to my Figma Education Plan in September 2025 after missing the re-verification window. My account was then downgraded to a Free plan.I have contacted Figma Support multiple times regarding this problem (including tickets #1541584 and #1615172) and was always referred to SheerID. I have contacted SheerID several times and submitted all required information and proof of enrollment, but my tickets are closed automatically without any response (“your ticket is permanently closed”).
