My Figma Professional plan was supposed to renew on June 7th, but the payment failed due to low balance. I didn't intend to keep the subscription, so I figured that was that.
Then on June 11th β completely out of nowhere β Figma retried the payment and it went through. No warning, no email saying "we'll retry soon," nothing. I had no chance to cancel in time.
I contacted support but they said their policy doesn't allow refunds. Has anyone managed to get a refund in a situation like this? Especially when the retry happened days after the original due date with no notification?
Any advice would be really appreciated.
