Figma Make Not Available for Verified EDU Pro Account

Hi Figma Education Team,
My education status has been successfully verified and I am a higher education student using my school email. However, Figma Make is not available in my account/team. Could you please check whether Figma Make and AI features are enabled for my EDU Pro team?

Figma Make is available for higher education and bootcamp Education users. A couple of things to check:

1. Make sure your Education status is applied to the right team

Verifying your Education status doesn't automatically upgrade an existing team, you'll need to either create a new team or manually upgrade an existing one to the Education plan. This Figma for Education Help Center article walks through both steps in detail.

2. Confirm you're signed in to the right account

Your Education status is tied to the specific email address you used during SheerID verification. It's worth double-checking that you're logged into the same Figma account you verified with — if there's a mismatch, the plan benefits (including Figma Make access) won't carry over.

 

If you've checked both of the above and Figma Make still isn't available, please submit a support request with your account email so we can take a closer look on our end.
