submit request via chatbot but can't find it in "my requests" page

I submitted the request via chatbot but didn’t received the confirmation email and also there’s no new request on my request page! that’s a bug or what? 

we missed the 30-day renewal window to remove unassigned seats and are requesting customer support to help reopen this window so we can reduce their seat count and associated billing.

Here's a quick overview of how seat removal it works while you wait for the team to follow up:

  • Annual plans: The option to remove unassigned seats opens up 30 days before your renewal date, via a banner in your Figma admin. 
  • Monthly Professional plans: Unassigned seats can be removed at any time and simply won't renew the following month.
