Unable to Transfer Seat to Correct Team / No Support Response

I accidentally purchased a seat under the wrong team organization and need to move it to the correct team. I was planning to purchase additional seats, but I need them all to be associated with the same team.

I've contacted support multiple times and have not received a response in over 24 hours. At this point, I'm unable to move forward with onboarding my team, and the lack of support is making me reconsider whether this is the right platform for us.

Has anyone successfully transferred a seat from one team to another? If not, can support issue a refund so I can repurchase the seat under the correct team?

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
