Hi @Dan_Wallin 👋 Thanks for flagging this — hitting a timeout on every run is frustrating for sure.
A couple of things to help me dig in before we head to support:
Desktop app or browser, and is it still happening right now (vs. earlier today)?
Did you get a warning about the agent timing out outside of the chat — like a system error or banner — or was it only the message inside the chat thread?
