Depuis fichiers inaccessible. Solution ?

Hey  @DavidS — sorry you're dealing with this, that's a stressful one to hit mid-work.

Before we move to support, one thing worth trying that doesn't require the file to open:

  • From your file browser (dashboard, file closed), right-click the file thumbnail and choose Show version history
  • If a pre-crash version loads, duplicate that version (click the date → Duplicate) rather than Restore — that spins off a clean copy and leaves the original untouched, which is safer if the file is corrupted
  • Guide here

If the history view itself won't load, that points to a server-side issue our support team can look into directly. To get that moving, could you share:

  • Whether you're in the desktop app or browser, and your plan/team/seat
  • Whether the inaccessible file is your original or the copy you pasted into

That last one helps us know which file's history to check. Thanks!
