Hello,

I believe I was charged twice for my annual subscription after updating my payment card.

The two charges are as follows:
โ€ข Mar 16, 2026 โ€“ Mar 16, 2027
โ€ข May 29, 2026 โ€“ May 29, 2027

I would like to request a refund for the first charge covering the period of Mar 16, 2026 โ€“ Mar 16, 2027, as it appears to be a duplicate.

Could you please look into this and process the refund at your earliest convenience?
