Unable to open Figma files due to WebGL error popupWhen I try to open the UX guide file, a popup apperas saying “WebGL is not supported or is disabled in your browser, so this ifle cannot be opened.” and the file does not open.WebGL is enabled on my browser and my graphics diver is already updated to the latest version.When I check the WebGL Report, it shows “This browser supports WebGL1/WebGL2” in green for all items.A colleague using a laptop with the same specifications can open the UX guide files without any additional settings, but the files do not open on my laptop.Could you please check this issue?Thank you.

The account items for Figma login have disappeared, as if I logged in，It's like logging in with a new account, but the login email and password are for a new account.(screenshot redacted by the moderator due to PII) 

I added the Figma MCP Server to mcp.json and tried both the global and workspace configurations. But, it throws the same error every time I try to start the server. I found suggestions online to use the Figma desktop app, ensure Node.js is installed, use a Figma Pro account, and try with a Personal Access Token (PAT). I have confirmed all of these requirements, but the error persists.“Connection state: Error Error sending message to https://mcp.figma.com/mcp: TypeError: fetch failed”{ "servers": { "com.figma.mcp/mcp": { "type": "http", "url": "https://mcp.figma.com/mcp" } }, "inputs": []} 

When using the search in the text styles option, I experience some overlapping items which makes it harder to select one. I only have this issue in Figma Slides.  

Hi everyone - hoping someone can help or confirm whether this is expected behaviour.I have a parent component with children (radio option, list item) all set to Fill for horizontal resizing. The parent frame uses auto-layout.What I expect: When I insert an instance from the Assets panel into a frame set to auto-layout, the instance should fill the container — matching the resizing properties I set in the parent component.What actually happens: Instances inserted from the Assets panel come in at a fixed width. I have to manually set each one to "Fill container" every time.                                                                                        The confusing part: If I drag the same component directly from the canvas into the frame, it does fill correctly. So  the behaviour exists — it just doesn't carry over when inserting from Assets.My questions:     1. Is this expected behaviour, or a bug?  2. Has anyone found a workaround to make instances from the Assets panel defaul

Hello, I’m running into issues with swapped instances inheriting tokens from the parent-level component. For example, our team is using our own slots (to avoid backwards compatibility bc Figma slots breaks our slots) and when I switch the slot instance with a button, the button inherits the empty tokens  instead of its default tokens.  This only occurs for the button components - for some reason, the inheritance/override doesn’t happen to our other components.In the example below, the Tile component has 3 slots stacked vertically. The Tile instance above replaces the slots with: Button, Label, and Radio Button components. The button component should have a green background, but it inherits the “empty” token from the Slot.  

Hi,I’m using Figma Make and I keep getting this error:“Failed to download code files. Check errors and try again.”The preview is generated successfully, but when I click Download code, it fails.Has anyone encountered this issue before?What are the common causes and how can I fix it? 

Y’all, how can I connect Stripe, so my desktop app made with Figma Make can collect payment? Is it even possible? I have wasted an entire month of credits prompting, time watching videos, and even more time on Code Mentoring sites looking for help to try to figure out how to get this app to accept a payment. I dont want to leave Figma, but I fear this is my only recourse, if I want to collect payment for this app. I am sure, I am missing something but I cannot figure out what/

Hi, My Figma Make is not working properly. After revising my prompts, the preview shows the updated version correctly, but the actual design file does not reflect any changes. I’ve already tried the following:  Refreshing the file Logging out and logging back in Duplicating the file and continuing from the duplicate  However, the issue still persists. Could you please help me resolve this asap? I’m currently using credits on the prompt but not seeing any results.

There is a complete lack of synchronization between changes to the workspace in Figma and Figma Mirror. Figma Mirror's search shows PIN'ed files that were deleted long ago, file covers don't update, which significantly complicates navigation, and there's no synchronization between the mobile app and desktop. I have the impression that I'm the only one using your apps, because apparently no one else encounters this problem, or encounters it constantly and turns a blind eye. Please solve the underlying problem with your app.

I want to duplicate a Make file to start at version 1 and not show all of the previous versions of the original. How do I do this?

I have accidentally renamed my file by using key commands. Not sure how it happens but the file has been renamed Z. I bet it has to do with Undo key commands. Is there a way to make changing the file name a little harder so this does not happen.

On Tuesday Apr 21, Figma Make started automatically deleting ~100-200 lines of code from disk. When I restore old versions where the lines of code were known to exist, they were missing there as well. Weave video preview are laggy

I'm not sure why, but the Figma desktop version on macOS has a bug where the Apple logo in the top left corner isn't properly placed. It is placed more to the right than any other app. When using the app switcher (cmd-Tab) this is very visible - and frankly quite annoying. I’m using Figma Desktop App version 126.2.10 on macOS 26.4 (Tahoe) on a 14” MacBook Pro (Apple M4 Pro). This bug is already there for quite some time.

Hi, I was first time on monthly workshop for Figma Education (AI toolbox) last Friday 17.04.26, there were links in the chat to youtube channel where we can find recorded session, but suddenly i can’t find it. I am and educator, and would like to go through video again, but not sure how long it will take to appear on youtube, or if I will get a link to recorded session by email.. Can you tell me please how does it work?

If I attempt to adjust a gradient by dragging the bar ends, the bar just vanishes. Sometimes if I catch the bar end just right, I can drag the gradient around visually, but without seeing the UI bar that represents the angle of it, I have no point of reference and there’s no guarantee I’ve actually clicked on it. Most the time it just vanishes.Restarted, checked for updates (none), restart again… same behavior.Windows 11Related video evidence:  

I export variables from Figmas native export function via the variables panel, but when i try to re-import it it says encountered errors, or imported 2 out of 256 variables successfully. Am I doing something wrong or is this feature broken?
