Figma AI Agent Access Missing / Appearing and Disappearing on Education Plan

Hi Figma Team,

I’m currently using a Figma Education Plan, and I’m having an issue with access to Figma AI Agent.

The AI Agent sometimes appears in my Figma account, but then disappears again. I’m not sure whether this is related to my Education plan, account eligibility, team settings, or a rollout/feature availability issue.

I’d like to confirm:

  • Is Figma AI Agent currently available for Higher Education accounts?
  • If not, why does the Agent occasionally appear on my account?
  • Is there any eligibility requirement or setting I need to enable?
  • Could you please check whether my account is correctly classified and eligible for the latest AI features?

I’d appreciate any clarification or guidance on how I can get consistent access to the feature.

If this is still happening, can you grab a screenshot of the Agent appearing and note the link to file it occurred in. That would make this easier to flag to support. Talk soon! — Jaycee
