Dears,
I have an unpaid invoice for $60.
• $20 is the prorated charge for 1 Full seat (July 5 – August 5)
• $40 is for Qty 2 Full seats (August 5 – September 5)
I only have 1 Full seat on my Professional team. I already removed the extra seat.
Please see the attached screenshot of the People page showing only 1 Full seat.
Since the invoice is still unpaid, please adjust it and remove the extra $40 charge so I only pay for 1 seat ($20).
Thank you.

Hey @hosnazar, thanks for reaching out!

I can see our support team has already been in touch with you directly on ticket #2064773 with more detail on this charge. I'd recommend continuing the conversation there, since it involves your account's billing specifics, and that's not something I'm able to get into here on the forum for privacy reasons.

If anything in that reply needs more clarification, just respond directly on the ticket and the team will follow up with you.

In the meantime, this article on additional charges in your Figma bill walks through how seat approvals and extra seats can affect your invoice, in case it's useful background while you wait to hear back.

Hope that helps point you in the right direction!
