Hello,My developers cannot sort past updates into Ready for Dev. They are sorted by default in "Page" and not in "Recent activity" (which is useless) They cannot therefore follow the updates correctly. I am attaching a photo of my view and one of theirs without the 'Sort by'. (identical problem whether on app or on the web)thank you all!  

Unfortunally the layer order of Figma UI is a little off when using comments. The comment modal is behind the bottom sheet dragger, preventing me from sending my comment since I can’t click the blue button.  

Hi allI have two modes set up in our variables — Mode A and Mode B. When I try to change the font style for Mode B in the edit panel it keeps applying the default values from Mode A.Mode A has a font size of 112 and Mode B is set to 72. However when I try to adjust the values for Mode B it’s stuck at 112. If I break the variable it then shows 72. This issue only seems to affect font size and line height.I’ve attached some screenshots for reference. Not sure if this is a bug or if anyone else is seeing the same behaviour.   

Hi everyone,I’m running into a strange issue while working on a small side project — a mobile UI concept for a game prototype called TABS Pocket Edition APK.I exported some UI assets (buttons, icons, and a few layout elements) from the original build to test how they’d look in a Figma prototype.However, after importing them into Figma, the colors and shadows appear slightly different — almost “washed out” — compared to the original assets.Here’s the sample package I’m using (safe to open, just contains the demo assets so you can see what I mean):https://modhello.com/tabs-pocket-editionWhat I’ve tried so far:Checked color profiles in the exported PNGs. Imported via both drag-and-drop and “Place Image” option. For accessibility, I zoom in to my Figma UI to make text and icons easier to read, however, having done this, my Figma Make preview also does this.How can I prevent this from happening? Figma Design does not scale my canvases or content and I’d like Make to do the same.

Hi, everyone! I got a new phone, installed the Figma mobile app on it, and logged in, but every time I try to use the Mirror function, I get this error, saying Update or switch browsers. I tried everything, updated the browsers, switched between Opera and Chrome, logged in and out and nothing seemed to work. (My phone is Xiaomi Mi9 lite, with Android 10) Do you have any idea how to resolve this issue?

Hex codes for fill and stroke in the right sidebar. Is it no longer possible to edit hex codes for fill/stroke directly in the right sidebar?Instead of becoming editable, clicking the hex code now opens the colour picker for me.I use my colour picker in HSB mode, so have always greatly appreciated being able to edit hex codes in the right sidebar (with one click) without having to enter and change the mode of my colour picker.This seemingly innocuous update really affects my workflow.I don’t see why the hex code can’t remain editable for efficiency’s sake.

Hello!I have a Figma Pro account registered to the email address [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I just renewed the plan today and now I’m having an issue with that email. I originally created it solely to use the Figma account, but when I tried to change it to a new email I’m using now, the verification step sends a code to [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and says that this address no longer exists on Gmail. I can’t access it, nor can I recreate it.In short, I’m unable to update the email on my account and need assistance. I’d like to switch it to[redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I’ve already sent two support requests but haven’t received a response.Could you please help me change my account email?Thank you very much, and I look forward to your reply!

Hi. We’ve built a large design library in our company’s organization account, inside one team and project. Now, we want to move this library to a dedicated “design system” team and project so it’s easier to manage and share across all departments (other Figma teams).Some teams are already using components from this library. Is it possible to move the library:a) to a different team, orb) to a different project within the same team… without breaking or detaching the existing component links in other files?Thanks for any help!

Hi,I´ve made a card, which wraps at lower width. I created a component. And the I put serveral of this elements into a frame, but at lower sizes the elements are wrapping, but not the element (component) itself.Where do I have what to change?Thanks a lotMichael 

Since the latest update, Figma keeps reloading unexpectedly. Whether I’m zooming in, adding a new image, or doing anything else, it randomly reloads, shows a black screen, and then reloads the file.

Hi, I am quite new to Figma and trying to create a prototype as follows (I tried to make it clear with the picture). The top bar should not move and stay fix. The bottom blue part should scroll vertically as a usual website. The orange part should be part of the vertical scroll but at the same time it should be possible to swipe the images from right to left without anything else moving. I tried around for a bit but I’m not able to find the correct settings. Could anyone help on this? Thanks a lot!

I’ve already implemented PDF export for a single selected slide, and that works fine. However, I’m struggling to figure out how to implement functionality similar to Figma’s native PDF export — specifically the option where each selected frame (slide) is exported as a separate page in a single PDF.I can’t rely on third-party plugins and want to build this logic myself. Hi All, please help. Figma’s on drag interaction is not working.

HiI was wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with blurry PNG downloads. Everything was working fine one day, and then the downloads stopped performing correctly.I contacted support three weeks ago and have since been passed between three different representatives. I have been asked to perform the same troubleshooting steps and provide screenshots and recordings multiple times. I've done everything they've asked, yet no matter what computer (desktop or browser) I use, I cannot get a clear PNG download.In my last interaction, I expressed my concern that this back-and-forth communication has become inefficient and unproductive. They ignored this feedback and again asked me to repeat a process I had already sent them a recording of completing. We are now three weeks in, and it feels as though the issue is still in the initial "tell me about your issue" phase, with no mention of an actual investigation.Please help, I need a proper PNG download!

Here is the screenshotI always thought, that at the left layers panel the top element should be at the top on canvas. But when auto-layout is applied, absolute elements is working differently. See green rectangle 

So whenever i animate overlay in my phone design prototype it appears that whenever i use background blur as effect in my frame, whenever i animate anything in the overlay the overlay would be colored gray/white before fully turning blurred, i would like an update on this issue

Is it possible to turn a Figma Prototype into working one in make? keep the flow of interactions and animations?

A small change I noticed recently.In the old UI when you hit 'K', the input field for the value was automatically highlighted and you could instantly follow with a number on your keyboard.(e.g. you would hit 'K', then '2', and the item is scaled by x2)In the new UI however you now have to hit 'K’ twice to get to the same result.('K’, again 'K', then '2')I don't see what's the motivation behind this small change? Do other users experience a similar issue?  

Hi,Our team has been creating multiple pages using Figma Make. However, we realized that all the pages are in separate files, and we can’t figure out how to connect them with Prototype mode.We want to: Combine several Make pages (Landing, Dashboard, Courses, etc.) into one Design file. Add Prototype links between the frames (e.g., from the Landing page to the Dashboard). Is there a way to convert or duplicate Make files into regular Figma Design files so that we can use the Prototype feature?
