I have started working on project on my account and now we have a published Library in the team with the components and UI kit etc and 3 files which are connected to this Library and Using styles from the UI-kid from that library. Now we want to transfer this Library and those 3 files to another account of the organization and we need to save all the connections between the Library and those 3 Files, so after the tranfering it would work the same way I have it on my account, but on the account of organization. What possible ways to implement this? tnx

Hey hey @Viktoriia Voloshchenko  🤩 Welcome to our community! Thanks for your questions. I feel like we have two paths forward, but it depends on both accounts.

My questions:

  • What plan is the account you're moving from (where the Library currently lives) — Professional, Organization, or Enterprise?
  • Is the destination account on an Organization or Enterprise plan, or another Professional account?

It matters because a folder transfer can be received by any paid plan, but a team can only be received by Organization or Enterprise.

One note: the library and the three files that use it need to move together in one transfer. Split them up, and the files left behind stop receiving updates (you may have run into this already)

Once you tell me the two plan types, I can give you the steps for your setup, plus a quick throwaway test you can run first to confirm it works before you move the real files.

Hey, @Jaycee Lewis . Tnx for your reply. I am having professional plan. And the receiver now have not paid plan. But if it’s necessary to make the transfer let’s count we put Organization plan if the Professional is unable to receive the files.

I have already made all the updates in that files and going to place them in the folder together with the Library (it was already there and published).

Thank you,

have a good one,
