Hi all,I have a UI dashboard design as an Image, and looking to convert it into a Figma Design, i have used plugins: Convert  to Figma Design and CodeTea, but CodeTea after creating it, when i ungroup any section of the Dashboard it breaks entire UI, any recommended plugins or online tools, out there which converts the dashboard exactly as it is and without breaking the UI when editing it?  

Hi Figma Community, I have a tricky situation with my educational plan, and since there is a ton of information, I want to ask you about a possible solution to my problem. I have had an educational plan with Figma since I started my bachelor’s in 2023. I applied my educational plan to my personal email and haven’t received any warnings from Figma about that. 1 week ago, I received an email that I need to re-verify my educational plan, but the problem is that it’s not on my educational email, and thus I cannot proceed with the verification.  I need an educational plan until February 2027 and would greatly appreciate it if I could continue using my current account without transferring my projects. So the following questions would be:How did Figma allow me to use my personal account back in 2023? Did the rules change? Hello Figma Community Support,I’m writing to respectfully request additional visibility for my existing billing ticket, Case 2077688.On August 18, 2026, our Professional team was unexpectedly charged $2,134.61 USD for 12 paid seats, although our company only needs 6 Full seats. I contacted Support earlier that same day, before the payment was processed, and had already reduced the active Full users to 6.I am a staff designer who was given access to manage our Figma team, but I am not a finance or procurement employee. My employer will not cover this mistaken charge, and I may be required to reimburse the entire amount personally.I have already provided the invoice and all sensitive account information privately through the support ticket. I am not sharing those details publicly.Could a Figma staff member please confirm that Case 2077688 is in the billing queue and add a follow-up note to give it additional visibility?I sincerely appreciate your time, understanding, and assistance.

Hello, i just upgraded my account to Collab. A day later , i notice i’m in Full even though in my bill i paid for Collab seat. So i switch it back and now i have now there still extra charge for billing. why i am being charged extra?

I’m trying to transfer a project from a team on the Organization plan to a team on the Professional plan. I enter the link and email address, but Figma shows the following error:“You cannot transfer to this organization at this moment. Please contact support for more details.”The same error appears when I try to send a copy to this team.

I'm having a problem with the text tool

i’m a software developer, and it took me a few days to manage to cancel the subscription. Figma should fix this immediatly before any other feature!!!

I can’t see the button to make design edition manually. I made a Figma reset due to it wasn’t working correctly and now the button is missing. 

Curious if anyone has insight into what’s coming next in Buzz. Are there plans to make timeline animation available in templates? It would be great to go beyond non-animated assets for ads – a product carousel, for instance.

I have a cube shape and I’ve rounded the corners to 24. I want to animate the width while keeping the rounded corner proportionate. In After Effects you can do this by animating the size. I see there is an option for that in Figma but after setting the key frames nothing happens. Animating the Layout width also does the same thing. I can even actively move the width but when it comes to animating it once the keyframes are set it just says at its starting width. It just stays at its current width. Anyone else have this problem?

 i have been trying to make something from figma make but it is not able to load and giving me this error. i tried in desktop or web browser i get the same error. How to fix it? i have full credit

Hello Figma Community Support,I accidentally deleted two Figma teams today, August 18, 2026. I am the owner and administrator of both teams.The restoration emails were not delivered because my mailbox had run out of storage space. I have now purchased additional storage, and my email is receiving messages normally again. However, I still do not have the original restoration links.I contacted Figma Support, but the AI support agent could not resend the links and is no longer responding. My support ticket number is #2078443.Could a Community Support specialist please escalate my ticket and help me restore both teams? They contain important work, so recovering them is extremely important to me.I can provide the team names and account information privately if needed.Thank you very much for your help.

[Figma Make + Supabase] 게시글이 새로고침하면 사라지고, 다른 기기에서 안 보여요 (Claude와 같이 해봐도 해결이 안 됐어요)제가 원하는 것학생자치회 통합 플랫폼을 만들고 있는데, 누군가 게시글을 올리면 그 글이 사라지지 않고 계속 저장되면서, 다른 사람이 다른 기기/브라우저로 접속했을 때도 똑같이 보이길 원해요. 지금은 새로고침하면 방금 올린 글이 사라지고, 다른 브라우저로 열면 그 글이 아예 안 보여요. 즉, 데이터가 여러 사람/기기 사이에서 공유되고 계속 남아있는 게 목표예요.지금까지 시도한 것Figma Make 설정에서 Supabase 계정을 연결했어요. Figma Make AI에게 "게시글을 슈퍼베이스에 저장하고 모든 페이지에서 공유되게 해달라"고 요청했어요. AI가 백엔드(서버 쪽 로직) 코드를 새로 짜줬고, "이제 Edge Function을 배포해야 한다"고 안내했어요. Figma Make 화면에 있는 배포 버튼을 눌렀는데 "배포할 코드가 없다"는 메시지가 나왔어요. 그래서 슈퍼베이스 대시보드에 직접 들어가서, Edge Function을 새로 만들고 AI가 짜준 코드를 그대로 복사해서 붙여넣고 배포까지 완료했어요. 그런데도 여전히 게시글이 새로고침하면 사라지고, 브라우저 콘솔에는 CORS(브라우저가 다른 주소로 요청 보낼 때 막히는 문제) 관련 에러가 계속 떠요. Claude(AI 챗봇)한테 상황을 계속 설명하면서 같이 시도했는데도 해결이 안 됐어요.궁금한 점Figma Make의 배포 버튼이 원래 자동으로 해줘야 하는 걸, 제가 슈퍼베이스에 직접 들어가서 수동으로 배포한 게 맞는 방법이었는지 잘 모르겠어요. 이렇게 수동으로 배포한 경우, Figma Make 쪽에서 추가로 다시 연결하거나 설정해줘야 하는 게 있는 건지 궁금해요. 비슷하게 "게시글이 저장 안 됨 + CORS 에러" 겪으신 분 있으면, 정확히 어떤 부분이 원인이었는지 알고 싶어요.

Hi, I have successfully been using Figma Make to build a website, however have recently experienced problems with feeding a prompt and Make crashed mid way through the prompt. However, it still uses my AI balance. I have tried the same prompt twice and it has used a substantial amount of credits. Please can I get a refund on the credits?

Hi I have a prototype on Figma Make that won’t load and seems stuck in “Reasoning” without loading anything. It doesn’t work on the browser either, or when published. I’ve tried the following without success:Reloading Quitting the app and loading again Duplicating the file Restoring an older versionAll of this while still consuming credits, which makes it extra frustrating. Appreciate any help I can get.

Hello,I have two questions regarding billing and VAT:How can I obtain an invoice, receipt, or billing statement for each individual charge made to my account? We need supporting billing documents for every transaction for our accounting records. How can I disable VAT charges on future payments? Our company is registered for VAT in Kazakhstan, and we account for and pay VAT locally in accordance with our country's tax requirements. Therefore, we would like to avoid being charged VAT twice.Could you please advise whether it is possible to:provide billing documents for each individual charge; update our company and tax information; add our Kazakhstan VAT/TIN details to the billing profile; apply a VAT exemption, reverse-charge mechanism, or other applicable tax treatment to future invoices?Please let me know what company or tax documents you require from our side to verify our tax status.Thank you.

I wanted to open a discussion about how Figma handles seat management for Organization plans. We recently went through some internal restructuring, leaving us with several unoccupied annual seats. When we needed to add new users with a different seat type for collaboration, I reached out to support hoping we could reallocate the funds from the unused seats we had already paid for. Support clarified that mid-term reallocation or internal credits aren't possible. This means we have to purchase new seats out-of-pocket while our existing paid seats sit empty until the next yearly renewal. Has anyone else experienced this friction with scaling teams in Figma? It would be great to see them implement a more flexible budget reallocation system for enterprise users to avoid this inefficiency.

Shaders stopped working completely on my Mac (M1 Pro, macOS latest). Both built-in and custom shaders show nothing on canvas. Layer thumbnail intermittently appears and disappears.What I've ruled out:- Browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge, incognito — all fail- Account: other accounts on same machine also fail; other users on same file see shaders fine- System: macOS updated, NVRAM reset, Metal shader cache cleared- WebGPU: confirmed working on third-party demos, Metal compilation logs show 100% SUCCESS- VPN/network: excludedThis appears to be a Figma-specific WebGPU shader pipeline bug on this hardware/driver combo. Any help or similar experiences?

오너입니다.#2071218 문의사항도 남겼는데 답장이 없으셔서 다시 문의 드립니다. 저는 오그플랜(플랫폼개발-OR) 풀시트1 데브시트1을원하는데 갑자기파일을 옮기는 과정에서 풀시트가 한개 추가되어 갑자기 과급이 발생한 상황입니다.회사에서 사용하는 계정인 만큼 금액이 정확해야하는 상황입니다. 그리고 저희는 풀시트가 1개 추가된 후로부터 작업을 하고 있지 않습니다.사용을 하고 있지 않은 상황입니다. 환불요청드리고 그대로 풀시트1 데브시트 1을 사용하도록 해주세요.처리부탁드립니다. 

I have been using Figma make for a project and its actually been great, but for the last week (started Monday, currently Friday) I have been getting the same error message! I have plenty of credits.  I have installed the app, restarted my router, called my internet people, logged a help desk reqeust and still no luck. I see a few other people have had the same problem, but there was no solution posted, it just started magically ‘working again’… so I’m hoping this post is the bit of magic I need to get cracking on with my project. 👯 

Figma Motion is a great feature, and I know it's still in beta. However, please fix this issue the current time input box overlaps other UI elements, which affects usability.

I copy a frame as an image and try to paste that image into a fill image property of another frame but this doesn’t work anymore. Even copy image from other source (from the browser, from computer) isn’t working too. I’m using Figma app on Windows
