The agent confirms that the slider is working as intended on your side. For Professional teams, $200 per month is currently the maximum pay-as-you-go spending limit, and it can’t be increased through the account settings.
If your team needs additional AI credits, you have two options:
Add an AI credits subscription. This provides a separate shared monthly credit pool alongside pay-as-you-go billing. Subscription credits are used first, with pay-as-you-go covering any additional usage after the pool is exhausted. You can review the available tiers under Admin > AI credits > Add credits.
Explore an Organization or Enterprise plan. If your team’s AI usage is expected to grow, our Sales team can discuss the purchasing options and limits available on these plans.
