Cat cafe stickers not loading ("invalid image" error) (regression)

Hi there,

An old issue, that was previous solved, has returned. Attempting to add a FigJam sticker from the Cat Cafe collection fails with an invalid image error. See the old issue for additional context.

(I’m using FigJam in the browser, Firefox on macOS 26.)

Hey hey ​@AJ Foster 👋 Thanks for your post. I tried to repro using both Figma in the browser and with the desktop app, but both worked for me.

If the issue is still occurring can you:

  • add a quick screen recording or GIF of the issue happening here
  • invite support-share@figma.com to the repro file as a viewer so they can take a look. Adding support as a viewer won't affect your billing or take up a seat on your team
