Two Drafts files became inaccessible after deleting a Team

I encountered an issue where, immediately after deleting a Team, two important files that were in Drafts became inaccessible. There may be other affected files, but these are the two I noticed missing.

I need to regain access to these files as quickly as possible. They are very important files containing ongoing work that took me a significant amount of time to create, and I urgently need them back.

Please help me resolve this issue.

    I understand the urgency here, and I’m sorry to hear you lost access to your draft files. For the future, please keep in mind that drafts now must live within a team. Deleting a team can affect the drafts stored there.

    If the team was deleted within the last 28 days, please check the deletion confirmation email and look for a Restore team link. This is the easiest way to restore the team and the files inside it.
     

    That said, I can also see that you’ve contacted our Support team through ticket #2151350. If restoring the team doesn’t resolve the issue, please continue the conversation through that existing email thread, where the team can securely review your account and file details.
