Hi All, I have seen many similar issue than mine on the forum but still couldn’t find a solution, so if somebody could help me that would be great! I have an issue with the Text tool, every time I select it and try to write something, either blue dot lines appear (and only in the corner up) -- see screenshot 1, or the text box appears and empty (and impossible to write something in it, I don’t even have the text cursor only the selective arrow) -- see screenshot 2.    

In our team’s Figma component library, I successfully connected Figma Code Connect with a Github repository. I successfully connected an individual component, but in Dev Mode, when I click on it, i expect to see a React code snippet, but all I see is a “View connection” button. Hi! I’ve been having trouble getting my Figma account back to an Education account, even though SheerID confirmed that I re-verified my account on September 11 (Verification ID: 68c1ab53f897ce280a8b5dff), which was before the September 29 deadline. SheerID mentioned that since the verification on their side was approved, the issue now lies specifically with the offer redemption process on Figma's side.I’ve sent education@figma.com several emails since about my issue, but I never received a reply. I’d really appreciate any help to be able to re-access Figma Education for my student work! Thank you in advance. 

Hi all,I'm working on a web app that needs to work on a touch screen (most likely tablet-size). For the environment it will be used in, it's extra important that text stays readable and interactive elements are easy to touchTo get a feel for this, I have a tablet with a 1900 x 1200 resolution, 10.1 inch screen size and 224 pixels per inch, to try out prototypes of the screens with the Figma mobile app. The designs I make are also in 1900 x 1200 frames. When I open a Figma prototype in the mobile app, it gives 2 options for scaling the content: Fixed or Responsive.For reference, please see attachmed images below (these are not the actual screens from the web app as I cannot share those).When I view the designs on the canvas on my desktop at 100%, sizes look fine to me.On the tablet, this is also the case when I set the content scale to Responsive (image A). This adds a strange blank area to the right and bottom that I can scroll to by the way.

Hi,I need urgent assistance. I created a full interactive dashboard prototype in Figma Make, then added a homepage and login structure. When I tried to edit a single section on the homepage using Point to edit, the platform deleted the entire project except for the edited div.My website, dashboard, and two weeks of work are completely gone.I cannot revert the changes because the entire file structure and codebase were deleted — there is nothing to restore on my end.I urgently need to know if you have any versioning or backup system that can recover the project immediately.  Hi. I am having an issue opening my project files in Figma. Before, it took a little longer, but now it happens very quickly; I do not even open the file and the message already appears. I saw someone with a similar problem and tried all the suggested solutions for this case, but without success.Help with this would be great.

I’m unable to locate a file that I didn’t delete. I still have the shared link, but I can’t access it, it says the design file may have been deleted, moved, or is unavailable.Please, I need help resolving this.

My Figma Education Plan was renewed about one month ago, and everything was working normally. However, today my plan suddenly changed to the Free plan even though the renewal date has not ended yet.Is there any usage limit on the Figma Education Plan? 

I have paid for a Professional Full Seat license at £14 a month and I am unable to toggle and use the Design tools bar at the bottom of the sheet on slides and edit a doc my colleague set up. I also can't use the tools when I set up my own slide. Does anyone have any ideas why this tool work? I contacted support with the problem at 5.30pm yesterday and have still not had a human response or useful Tech bot one. Thanks!

Hi Figma Support Team,I accidentally deleted one of my Figma files, and it was also removed from the Trash. but I wanted to check if it is possible to restore it from your server-side backups.As unfortunately by mistake it was clicked- ‘ permanently delete’ from trash. and i was so much frosted to get it back.i had already contact figma from this link- https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/1619605 but didn't get single response from figma support team. Hello community, Currently, when I create strokes icons, I use the tool corner radius to change independently each rounded corner. But if I reduce the size of my icon, the rounded corners remain the same and do not adjust. I would like to convert it into an anchor point with the wrists. I'm not quite sure how to explain it, so I've included an example. At the moment, I use copy as SVG and paste on the right click menu but maybe an other solution more convenient exist. How do you do it ?

im tryna type in a link but the alphabet a just automatically gets squared???it doesnt happen to any other alphabetsdoes anyone know how to fix this thanks

i tried to re-verify my education plan tied to the email- (redacted by the moderator due to PII)its been a long time and im still not able to access the features an educational plan has. its just like using a free plan. im getting this ‘successfully verified’ message but its doing nothing. Hi,  I created a menu like component, i created variants and link this , it is for a landing page, like top bar. This works when you don't link another animation like scroll .I want this menu to change when I push the name section of the page and scroll to the section page,  for example  when clicking in “Nosotros” scroll to nosotros section and is put in bold “Nosotros” at menu.thanks in advance, sorry I am not native English speaker, but try my best. 

New here so this might be a silly question. I’m trying to make a multi page app using figma make. After creating the first page, I can’t seem to find a way to move on to another page. Is this possible or do I have to create each one separately. Any ideas on ways of doing this?

Hi everyone,I’m building a simple 3-page website using Figma Make. The pages are: Home, About, and Blog.The issue I'm facing is: Accessing the root domain (www.*********.com) works fine. However, when I try to go directly to a subpage like www.*********.com/blog or www.site.com/about, I get a 404 error. Strangely, if I navigate using buttons from the homepage, the subpages load without any problem. So the pages do exist and work internally. Hi everyone,I’m building a multi-page site in Figma Make and keep running into the same frustrating bug:I create a separate page for /terms, /privacy, or any custom route (e.g. /contact, /about) Everything works fine at first At some point Make flags the page with the red “1 error” banner When I click “Fix for me”, it instantly removes the custom route and turns the page back into a generic duplicate of the home page (losing the unique URL completely)I have tried everything and I 100% need these unique pages . The page content stays intact, but the unique slug is wiped out, which obviously breaks legal pages and navigation.Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to prevent “Fix for me” from deleting custom routes, or a safe workaround to keep /terms, /privacy, etc. intact?Thanks in advance!
