Monthly Credit Renewal Issue

Monthly Credit Renewal has not happened by the date and time indicated on the account. Does this happen by this date usually or is there a 24 hour window for this to update?

Hey ​@OscarOP, thanks for reaching out! A couple of things that might be relevant here, depending on what you mean by "credits":

  • If you're asking about Figma AI credits (seat credits for Figma Make, image tools, etc.), these reset automatically on your account's own usage cycle date. You can check your exact reset date and balance via the AI balance option in the Figma menu. More detail in How AI credits work. There isn't an official grace window for the reset to reflect. 
  • If you mean Weave tools in Figma (the beta feature), these are currently free during the beta, so there's no credit renewal involved yet.
  • If you mean Figma Weave as its own product (weave.figma.com), that runs on a separate credit system from Figma. For account-specific help there, please reach out to support@weavy.ai directly. 

If it's the first case and it's still not reflecting after checking your AI balance, please reach out to our Support team through the Support hub so they can look into your account directly.
