Hi!I currently use “Professional” plan, and I purchased 2 seats, for me and my developer.My question is - Should we both have “Professional” plan so that my developer will have access to my drafts(with all the Properties visible, etc.)? Or I can just have the “Professional” plan for myself and give my developer editing rights? Or may be my developer should be on the “Professional” plan (and have access to all Properties), while I stay on the basic plan?Just trying to figure out the best option.Thank you!

I can't see the Total Views or Individual Product Views under the Metrics tab after updating to the latest version. Could someone help me determine if this is an issue specific to my account or a general problem affecting all users in the community?    

Hello, I recently went back to studying UX/UI Design after a hiatus and received a message from Figma saying that my student plan will expire in 4 weeks. When I tried to re-apply, I received the message "You’ve already used up your free access to the Figma Education plan." I am still a student and do not work in the field yet, how can I re-apply for the education plan?

Recently the owner of our Figma account left the company, how we can remove him from the member list and assign the owner role to another account?

Update: The comment doesn’t exist when I open the prototype in Figma web. It’s driving me nuts; I use comments like a checklist, and it makes me feel like I have something left to do and it makes my workspace feel messy. Related to this issue that I can’t reopen: Cant resolve Comments, also cant hide them

Hello,  I want to request for the Figma AI Feature. 

I’m trying to assign a variable to a component instance so that I can switch instances when clicking. I’m trying to learn how to use variables to create a less intensive way to setup prototypes that have a lot of ‘buttons’ that switch between content. With the screenshot I’ll share, I have it manually rigged up so clicking the pill button on the left panel changes it’s state to selected, makes the clicked pill become selected, and changes the content panel on the right with the related text.I looked over a few videos and I feel like I could could be done similarly to what’s done in this video, where clicking the color box changes the selected alien character. Just replacing the color box with my pill buttons and the alien with my text. But I’m having trouble seeing how to easily assign the variable to my selection.How might I be able to do this without manually rigging up a ton of prototype connections? By the way this is my own personal project not actual hired work for the agency sho

I am currently making a project for my university and I need the prototype interaction for my project but as a free user i can’t do that. Can i add my university ?

I have two Figma accounts - a company account and a personal account. On the company account, the keyboard shortcuts for zoom are:1 for Zoom to fit2 for Zoom to selectionCOMPANY ACCOUNTOn the personal account, the keyboard shortcuts for zoom are:Shfit + 1 for Zoom to fitShift + 2 for Zoom to selectionPERSONAL ACCOUNTThis is driving me crazy as I’m always hitting the wrong shortcut in the wrong account. Hello I’m using a professional plan on Figma I’ve enabled the AI feature in the settings, but it doesn’t show up in the toolbar. Could this be a bug, or is there a way to make it appear?

I was wondering if there is any way to drag and drop and image from your desktop in a FigJam so it swaps the image out, rather than stacking on top. Any help is appreciated!

 How to filter search results by Drafts only? 

I have had access to the AI design tool for awhile now, but this morning when I loged on to create another project, the AI design tool has been removed? Can someone help me find it or get it back. We had created an amazing workflow for our team and this has slowed us down tremendiously. 

Is there any way to break all connections but leave my account intact? It has some pretty important stuff in it and there’s no way i can get in touch with the people in charge of permissions. Or am I screwed? I can’t even log in. Thanks

Hello, I would like to ask, is it possible, if i am an owner of a team, then i delete the team if i no longer use it? And if it is possible, does it affect any files inside the team and the members in the team, will they automatically lost access to the files inside the team too? Because I don’t see any options in Figma to block a certain email or user, but i don’t want them to keep asking for request in my file team, aside from deny, is it possible to say that I as the owner have left the team hence cannot approve nor deny access, or perhaps if it is another way for Figma to change the link of my file? Thank you

Hi there.  I’m a UX and design system consultant.  I'm currently in between contracts and I'm wanting to put my time to good use by experimenting with plugins and Code Connect, but have just realised that in order to use Code Connect you have to be on an Organisation plan.  As a consultant (and the only one in my business), I really don't want to have to pay for 3 seats (which is the minimum for an organisation license).  I’m being quoted over £1,000 per year, which I simply can’t consider.  Is there anyone I can talk to about this?  I'm used to working with organisations and being on their Figma plans for this type of work, but as I'm between contracts, I'm a bit stuck.  Thanks in advance.

See title; that’s the gist of my question. Further elaborated: When zooming @100% it’s not actually accurate with what I see on my screen. Rather, setting zoom @83% is actually closer what’s represented to reality (e.g., on a browser!). See image attached where I’ve proved this strange bug. This question has already been asked, but there isn’t a definitive answer. Curious to know how people deal with this.

Is anyone else experiencing this? no matter what is tried.Figma crashes only by accessing the plugin. Not even interacting with it.
