Why are my images Scaling when dragged into Figma?

My images are scaling smaller when dragged into figma - WHY?

Top image is a screen grab of the website
Middle image is the file dragged into Figma (viewing at 100%)
Bottom Image is the Website

Look at the font sizes in these jpgs - Its impossible to map 1to1 when this is happening - HELP!

Make sure the Figma desktop app interface scale is set to 100%.

Make sure the Figma desktop app interface scale is set to 100%.

Hello. This didn’t work for me. I have Figma zoomed to 100% and when I drag a file in that is 3266 it shrinks it to 1302. I need it to be 1633. I tried it in sketch and it shows as 3266 and I divide by 2 no issue.
 

I have to use a plugin. Insert Big image in figma. Is there no way around this?
