Hello Figma Support Team,I’m facing a serious issue with Figma that is preventing me from working at all.Even though my internet connection is stable and fast, Figma is not syncing properly. Files do not save, images do not load fully, and many of them appear half-loaded — similar to what happens when there is no internet connection.When I try to save or open my existing projects, the images inside the files show “Downloading”, but they never finish downloading, even after waiting for more than an hour. Hello! My personal team was automatically converted into an Education team after a university email joined. This was unintentional—I have removed the university email member and would like an immediate reversion to the standard Starter Plan. I’m working in Figma Slides (Drafts), not a regular Page.I have an image applied as an Image Fill on a rectangle inside a slide.I want to place another rectangle (overlay) on top of that image, but when I use Bring to front, nothing changes.Since Slides mode does not show a full layer panel, I can’t tell which parent frame the shapes are in, or how to move the overlay into the same hierarchy as the image.I’m not trying to layer across slides — only within the same slide.What is the correct way to overlay a shape on top of an image in Figma Slides when layer structure is hidden?

Hi,I’m posting here because I’ve been unable to resolve this issue for over two months, and I’m extremely frustrated at this point.I successfully completed my student verification through SheerID more than two months ago. SheerID has confirmed that my verification was approved on their side. However, my Figma account still continuously shows a popup asking me to verify my student status, and the Education plan is not applied.I have already contacted education@figma.com multiple times regarding this issue, but I have never received any response. SheerID told me that since the verification was successful, this issue needs to be handled directly by Figma.This is not a “Verification Limit Exceeded” issue, and I did not verify the wrong Figma account. I am logged into the correct account that I intended to verify.I rely on Figma for my studies, and being unable to access my verified student benefits for over two months has been extremely inconvenient and stressful.Could someone from the Fig

If a layer has been locked in a Slides file - either by a user on a Full seat, or by the Collab user copying elements or frames across from a Design file, the user on the Collab seat will be unable to edit, unlock or remove the element.Suggest to either allow Collab seat users to also see the layer panel in a Slides file -- OR add an additional “Unlock all layers” when right-clicking a slide.

Dear Support,I have a question about adding interactions in a component. I added interactions to one variant, but it is not set as the default in the design. When I display this variant in the prototype, the added interaction does not appear. Is that normal?Please refer to the attached gif.  Thanks.Mia

I’ve done everything about it checked my graphic card update. cleared cache and everything it still doesnt work. 

I wanted to see mostly the pages panel so I dragged the layers panel as far down as possible. When I was done I tried to increase the height of the layers panel, but I couldn’t drag it at all. I moved the cursor very, very slowly to achieve this, but it didn’t work. I also tried to quit and reopen, make the window larger, and moved it to another screen, but nothing worked. I would consider this a critical usability error because I cannot recover from this state. 

Hello Figma Support Team,I recently noticed an additional charge on my invoice under "One-time charges and credits." It appears that this was caused when I mistakenly assigned a team member as an Editor, which automatically added a paid seat. As soon as I realized this mistake, I quickly reverted the member back to View-only mode. Since this was an unintentional action and the additional seat was never actually used, I kindly request if the related charge can be canceled or refunded. I understand that Figma charges automatically when a seat is upgraded, but I would greatly appreciate your understanding in this case, as the change was accidental and corrected immediately. Thank you very much for your assistance.  Best regards,

I am still learning UI design with Google certifacate, I had verifyed an education account two times before, but now every thing has been changed.I really can not afford the cost of Figma subscription because I am still in the learning progress without any income from that. 

I had figma free education plan which i applied for now they emailed me to re-verify by september 29 or I'll lose those pro features now I joined figma recently a month back i have re-applied for verification but they say i have exceeded limit for verification or availed this offer. I have no clue how to solve this i have contacted Sheer Id support team too.
