If a layer has been locked in a Slides file - either by a user on a Full seat, or by the Collab user copying elements or frames across from a Design file, the user on the Collab seat will be unable to edit, unlock or remove the element.
Suggest to either allow Collab seat users to also see the layer panel in a Slides file -- OR add an additional “Unlock all layers” when right-clicking a slide.
