After checking on our end, it looks like you canceled your monthly subscription during your billing term. Just so you know, Figma does not offer prorated refunds when canceling a plan. If you’re on a monthly subscription, your seat will remain active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. After that, your team will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan.
