My isnt opening it opens and shows some issues related to webGL ive checked everything. HELP ME

I’ve done everything about it checked my graphic card update. cleared cache and everything it still doesnt work.

I understand you’re seeing a WebGL-related error when trying to open Figma.

 

I’m assuming the message looks something like: “We can’t open this file because WebGL isn’t supported, or is disabled…”
Let’s try a few things to troubleshoot this further.

  1. Please double-check the following: Make sure your OS, GPU drivers, browsers, and the Figma Desktop app are all fully updated the latest version.
  2. Go to https://webglreport.com/ in a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Does it show that WebGL is enabled?
  3. Does the issue happen only in one browser/app, or in all supported browsers and the Desktop app?
  4. Does the same thing happen on another network, such as a mobile hotspot?
    • If it only happens on one network, you may need to adjust VPN/proxy/firewall settings as described here: Adjust your network settings, or speak with your IT admin/ISP.


If the issue continues after trying the above, please share:

  • The detailed results of each troubleshooting step (1, 2, 3, and 4)
  • A screenshot of the issue with the entire Figma window visible

This will help us understand what’s happening and figure out the best next steps.
