Sheer ID approved but Figma is not approving it

I have received the following details from SheerID team.

Here are the details of your approved request:

  • Date Verified: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
  • Email address: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
  • Verification ID: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

But Figma Education team doesnt seem to respond or solve this on priority basis.

I have been put on hold and this has led my students also to suffer the same.

Pls find us a solution to use or we have to see for other platforms.

To help me understand what’s going wrong, could you clarify where the process is getting stuck and any guidance SheerID provided? They handle verification end-to-end, so those details help us see where things might not be lining up.

While I can’t access or adjust account settings from our public forums, one common blocker is that the Education setup still needs activation. If you have an existing team, walking through these steps may help: Figma for Education → Create, upgrade, or join a team → To upgrade an existing team.

SheerID has approved it, but Figma Education team says that we didnt get the access from them.

Thats why Figma team asked to share the verification ID which I did and after that Figma team did not reply back.
