Hello! My personal team was automatically converted into an Education team after a university email joined. This was unintentional—I have removed the university email member and would like an immediate reversion to the standard Starter Plan. Happy to answer any questions after the reversion is completed.
Someone at Figma please help! Posting because I wasn’t able to find a self-serve solution for this anywhere (all existing posts’ solutions involve manual intervention from Figma). Thanks!
