Student verification completed on SheerID, but Figma still asks to verify (2 months unresolved)

Hi,

I’m posting here because I’ve been unable to resolve this issue for over two months, and I’m extremely frustrated at this point.

I successfully completed my student verification through SheerID more than two months ago. SheerID has confirmed that my verification was approved on their side. However, my Figma account still continuously shows a popup asking me to verify my student status, and the Education plan is not applied.

I have already contacted education@figma.com multiple times regarding this issue, but I have never received any response. SheerID told me that since the verification was successful, this issue needs to be handled directly by Figma.

This is not a “Verification Limit Exceeded” issue, and I did not verify the wrong Figma account. I am logged into the correct account that I intended to verify.

I rely on Figma for my studies, and being unable to access my verified student benefits for over two months has been extremely inconvenient and stressful.

Could someone from the Figma team please look into this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team? I would really appreciate any help in finally resolving this.
