I am getting many errors like this - my AI credits are deducted but nothing change on figma make. One request ID: R4euD0uwTiJ2gPpG, this is one of the request, it happened at least 30 times. I tried multiple prompt and different networks, almost all of them fail but once a while one succeeds. My network is working for all other web and apps. Can you help check? Causing a lot of troubles
I recently upgraded to Mac OS Tahoe 26.2 and now I cannot open a new tab in the Figma desktop app. The “+” button/tab next to the home tab does not do anything. Also File > New Tab does nothing. The only way I can have multiple tabs open is to find a specific file from my recents folder or within the a project. I have reinstalled Figma. I have reset the cache. I have restarted my computer.
Where did all my Figma work go? I'm logging in like I'm new. But I've been here for over a year.

I have not heard back, not even a confirmation that my emails were received. I’ve been using Figma consistently for the past three months, and around half the time I try to use the AI tools, the results are either incorrect or completely unusable.In many cases, the AI confirms that it has implemented the feature I requested, but instead it generates fake or irrelevant UIs, or it doesn’t implement the requested feature at all. Hi figma,I’ve lost access to my old school’s student account [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], which I wish to have access to a few more files. I heard if I email the customer support, there might be a way to re-verify, or change my files around. I had try my best to find out a way to call for help but unfortunately I’ve ended up here taking public resources. Hopefully you guys can have a actual humane way to file ticket for these kind of issue instead of assigning an unsupportive AI bot to save the cost on customer support.Please let me know the next step

I added annual seats by mistake today, can i know if have any way i can remove the annual seat without extra billing, no people assigned for it. I try to send email to support, but still cannot get any feedback.Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
On February 9, 2026, I spent JP¥825 to subscribe to 1 Collab Monthly seat, but on March 9, I was charged JP¥5,775, which automatically upgraded to a Full seat and also automatically purchased One-time charges and credits. You should know that my usage last month was only 2400/3000. I am absolutely shocked—why did this happen? I want a refund.
Hello,I was just charged today for multiple seats and a renewal, totaling around $78, and I did not realize this would happen. I was only intending to use a collaboration seat and did not mean to upgrade to full seats by any means. Some team members requested access, but i never approved and they never used it and it seems this automatically created full seats and charges, which I did not notice at the time. I will not be using these seats at all. and i haven’t used them before. the charge has just happened and i really do need a refund i only use collab seat with only the benefits of it and i dont need more!

Hello,I’ve upgraded my seat to developer and re-authenticated in Claude Code to the Figma MCP server. But I still get rate limited on the very first call. According to the table I should get at least 10 calls per minute.Annoying paying money for the pay wall, results in the same pay wall.
According to the Tools and Prompts section of the docs, Figma MCP should now have generate_diagram and generate_figma_design tools available. However, I only see 10 tools show up. Notably, only tools for reading from Figma seem to be supported. I’m using Figma Desktop, so I’m really only interested in generate_diagram for now. Anyone seeing the same thing? How do I get these tools to appear.
To be clear I have setup an override through mac settings but interestingly enough it works at first when I open Figma. Once I open a file though it stops working. The customized shortcuts show on the menu but they do not work. Any idea why this happens and how to fix it?Also please consider I can’t install any window managing apps - due to company policies all of that is completely locked up. This is my only way to have consistent shortcuts of all apps resizing them left or right for quick workflow.
can i please copy the text in these boxes? i am aware of the copy button in the top right, but i pretty much never want to copy the whole box. if I select the text and press cmd + c, a seemingly random unicode character gets put in my clipboard (First String Isolate). i am on a mac, zen 1.19b (same happens for me on firefox 142.0.1)clipboard seem to work correctly in chrome

I just purchased the pro plan yesterday, and everything was working great. I login again today, and suddenly the Figma MCP server fails to start.I have tried restarting Figma and the computer, nothing helps. Hi, I had two figma accounts, one personal and one university email. Since I didn’t need the personal one, I transferred ownership of an assignment file to my university account, and then deleted the personal account. However, for some reason, the file didn’t transfer over, and was deleted with my personal account. Is there any way I can recover my account so that I can regain access to my assignment file? It was deleted around 20 minutes ago, so fairly recently. If there is any way I can provide more information privately, please let me know and I will be happy to do so. Thank you.

I accidentally clicked to add a developer seat and requested a refund, but I haven't received a reply from customer support yet, so I'm posting here. I canceled it immediately about 3 seconds after the wrong selection. Please cancel the charge.
