Figma Agent Feature No Longer Visible on Both My Accounts

Hi Figma Support Team,

I’m reaching out regarding the Figma Agent feature in Figma Design.

I was able to access and actively use the Agent feature last week on both of my Figma accounts. However, the feature is now no longer visible on either account, and I’m unable to find or access it anywhere in the Figma Design interface.

I’ve attached screenshots for reference. Could you please help me understand why the Agent feature has suddenly disappeared from both accounts [Redacted by moderator - 2026/07/05]? 

I would really appreciate your help in restoring access, as I was actively using the feature for my design work.

Hey, ​@Jayashree! Thanks for your post - sounds like this is pretty confusing for you.

 

Just to confirm, one of your accounts is a student account and one is regular account with a Professional plan, right (as an aside, I redacted the email addresses in your post for privacy reasons)? In your standard account, the team you have upgraded to Professional will have the agent, but if the other team which owned by a student account will not. If you’re editing a file within the team of your student account, you won’t see the agent since that team doesn’t have access. Does that make sense?Â
