[Monitoring] "Something went wrong" in the prompt box on Figma Make → https://status.figma.com/

The file I am using with Figma Make is stuck, I keep getting this message: Something went wrong. (Try Again) Request ID: 5fa1baa9-f55a-4c79-8749-2e053f8b7f08. I’ve already: 

logged in and out of my account

cleared the cache

&
logged in using an incognito browser

How do I get out of this loop and continue working on my file?

Hi there,

 

A fix has been implemented, and prompting in Figma Make should now be working.

Could you please fully refresh Figma and let us know if it’s working now?

Yes


No matter what I do (roll back, duplicate file, refresh, reload), any new change request comes back with “Something went wrong” (635b6556-d84c-40f5-8ea7-d21fb00b2d9b)

Please help, this is an urgent project.

Hello Figma Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue while working in Figma and keep seeing the following error message:

“Something went wrong… Our team is looking into it now. If refreshing the page doesn't work, check our status page for updates.”

I’ve already tried refreshing the page, restarting my browser, and accessing the file multiple times using Incognito mode and a private browser, but the issue still persists. This is preventing me from continuing my work.

This issue is preventing me from continuing my work. Please check this urgently and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Hello Figma, I have exactly the same problem, been getting “Something went wrong” for over 30 hours now. Tried different browsers and computers but its always the same. Same as prevoius users, I cant continue my work and deadline coming up. I know you are working on it as fast as you can, hopefully soon. 🙏🏼

Figma Make does the changes sometimes that I want, but it seems like when the save is coming, the error “Something went wrong” comes up.

Hi everyone, thanks for staying on this, and I’m really sorry you’re still running into trouble.

I checked in with the team who rolled out the earlier fix, and it looks like what you’re seeing now may be related to a different issue than the one that was previously resolved.

To help us narrow this down, could you try the following and let me know what you see?

  1. There was a separate Make issue that was resolved recently — can you try fully refreshing the tab where you’re working and confirm whether the behavior changes at all?
  2. If you’re still seeing the error after that, the next best step would be for our team to take a closer look at the file where this is happening. If you’re open to that, just reply here and I can get you connected with our Product Support team for a deeper investigation.

Hello, I have been trying with different browsers, hard reload, restarting computer, different computers, but I have not been able to use Figma Make for two days, always the page Something Went Wrong. But I can use Figma Make if I start a new project? It is my main project that gets Something Went Wrong all the time?

It’s been over 11 hours now and I haven’t heard back from support yet, can somebody please check out why we are getting this “Something is wrong; Request id xxxxxxxxxxx” I can’t do anything until this is resolve. thank you. Ron
