Hey @Misuo WU,  thanks for flagging this and sharing the project link. Sorry to hear you're running into trouble accessing your file.

I checked on this and I'm getting the "Either this file doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it. Ask the file owner to verify the link and/or update permissions." error when viewing the link you shared.

A few things could cause this — narrowing down which one applies will help us figure out what's recoverable. Please check the following:

  1. Account and login. Was this project created under the same account you're logged into now? If you've ever used a different email, the project may be in a separate account: Switch between accounts.
  2. Team or Drafts. Was this project stored in a team project, or in your personal Drafts? If it was in a team that was deleted, there's a 28-day window to restore it: Restore a deleted team.
  3. Moved by a teammate. If someone with edit access moved the file to a different project, a different team, or their own Drafts, your access can change depending on the new location's sharing settings. Check with any teammates who had edit access to see if the file was recently moved: Move a file.

For a comprehensive guide on file recovery, have a look here: Delete and restore files → Troubleshooting.

Thanks for taking the time to review, and let me know if you're still running into trouble. I'm happy to loop in our Product Support team to take a closer look behind the scenes.
