I am looking for some guidance or help from a moderator on how to get in touch with support regarding an unintended charge.
I am a student and I temporarily subscribed to Figma Professional to work on a prototype for our school capstone project. I canceled the subscription right after finishing the project, but my account was still charged $22.40 on June 27. As a student, I really need this money back for my school expenses, as my budget is incredibly tight right now.
I want to request a refund and also make sure my subscription is completely and properly canceled so I don't get charged again in the future.
Has anyone else dealt with this after canceling? If a Figma staff member or moderator sees this, could you please help me get this escalated or point me to the right form? I have all my billing details, invoice numbers, and account information ready to provide privately.
