Report a Problem

안녕하세요. Figma 환불이 필요해서 글을 남깁니다.5.24에 결제된 Monthly seats - Full seat를 남은 사용기간만큼 환불받고 싶습니다.해당 문제를 해결해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

I started using Figjam because it is an approved system from the company. I painfully moved my work screenshot each image into the Figjam. And now all the images shows up BLANK. WTH. Is there a solution to fix this? Or is this a lost cause? If it is the latter I am NOT touching figma ever again. Wasted so much of my time and effort.

Still rename layers isn’t workingWhen I’m clicking rename layers, my whole figma app or webpage freezes

i reached out to support asking for the subscription plan to be downgraded prior to the new subscription bill being issued. no response, and still received a bill at the old tier. can you look into it. 3000 credits for now will suffice.

Hello Figma Support!Could you please help me?We accidentally purchased a seat for the wrong team—an annual subscription. We need to fix this and move the seat to the correct team. This happened today, just a couple of hours ago. We don't need to cancel anything; we just need to get it set up correctly—removing the seat from one team and adding it to another.I contacted support via the form and have a ticket number: 1967696. However, I haven't received an email confirmation, and nothing shows up in my list of requests—even though the bot claims otherwise.

I sumbitted a support query over 24 hours ago, not 1 acknolwledgement. Seriously!(help.figma.com/hc/requests/1963091).

I am the owner of appreel short drama projects. however i don't see the team manager and the dashboard with the invoices. please advise- who is the owner of Appreel's Team plan. See attached link to the project: https://www.figma.com/design/IgutMWH8eVGAlzSB7OXjAE/AppReel?node-id=27-2642&t=OBaG3C0eF2dyz2yM-1

I upgraded from Starter to a Collab seat and was charged €43.56.While trying to publish a Figma Site, I selected Continue on a prompt and then saw a projected invoice with a €161 billing adjustment, which appeared to trigger a Full seat upgrade requirement.I immediately canceled because I only wanted to publish my portfolio website.I am trying to confirm whether the €161 billing adjustment will be removed and whether my account is currently on a Collab seat or if any Full seat upgrade was applied.I would also like to confirm what is required to publish a Figma Site and connect a custom domain for a personal portfolio website.I raised a ticket with the AI support a few days ago but received no email confirmation and no reply. From a UX perspective, this experience is terrible in terms of transparency and billing clarity:No clear warning that you're about to incur a much larger charge. No email confirmation of the support ticket. No ticket number visible. I am stuck talking to an AI loop

Has been happening for a while now. Some designs just break the preview into checkerboard chunks and randomise them. Thought it was due to the Glass effect but nope. Some pages work absolutely fine, but most just garbled. App is pretty much unusable now.

Inclusive Sans should have 10 combinations of weight and style, see: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Inclusive+Sans But when I try to use it in Figma, only the ‘Regular’ and ‘Italic’ options are shown (screenshot attached). How do I fix this?

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using the most affordable model for neural generation. Additionally, I purchased an extra 1,700 tokens to ensure sufficient coverage for my tasks. However, I have encountered a significant issue during the design generation process. For what I would consider minor edits — specifically, changing the title in the website header and adding two blocks — the system deducted 1,000 tokens. This seems disproportionately high, especially since these changes introduced no substantial new content or complexity.Furthermore, I am experiencing persistent loading issues during the process, which further complicates the workflow.I kindly request that you review this matter and clarify the token consumption logic for such minor adjustments. If this deduction was indeed an error, I would appreciate a correction and possibly a refund of the overcharged tokens. Please let me know if you need any additional details, such as project IDs or timestamps, to assi

Hello Figma Support Team,I am experiencing an issue while using Figma Make. When I attempt to generate a design, the process fails and returns the following error/reference ID:5ca8fbde-5ac7-4731-8351-4a8cc3e7c812I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. Could you please investigate the problem and let me know if there is any additional information required from my side? For reference:Product: Figma Make Issue: Generation fails and returns an error Error ID: 5ca8fbde-5ac7-4731-8351-4a8cc3e7c812Thank you for your assistance.

i got the an email from announcements@figma.com with the confirmation : “We wanted to let you know that you are now in the beta for Figma’s new AI agent.” But still agent is not available and no update available also. What am i missing here …? (My connected Figma account is the right one)

I was in a make file earlier today testing out a solution another team member was working on and it looks like we have both been charged for the work that they were doing. It looks like I’ve spent 1k credits today after only being able to find one prompt worth 180 tokens recorded against it.Update:I started the month (27th 1258) with 10.5k tokens to myself but have noticed that it now reads that we are sharing 7.5K tokens within the company.

Using Montserrat Semi-Bold font in the example but have see it on other fonts too.Set vertical trim is to Cap height to baseline. The bottom of some letters that extend beyond the bottom border of the box are cut off. The tops are not cut off.See screenshot.

Hello, i leaved a team and afterwards, a lot of my drafts disappeared. I found out that this is probably because they were located in the teams draft. The team is on the free/starter plan, so I cannot see or restore them myself—even now that I have access to the team again. Is there a way (other than upgrade the plan just for that) to restore them or can the support restore them either directly to my drafts or to the teams drafts area? Thanks!

Hello,I have searched for people who have had a similar problem, but with no success. The last updated project dates are showing incorrectly, dating back to months before, even though the files inside were updated days or weeks ago. See attached picture. What could be the problem? They are in the correct order, the dates are showing incorrectly though (with the top being the most recent updated one). Thank you.

Hi everyone,I'm hitting a backend sync issue with the Figma MCP server and I'd appreciate input from Figma staff or anyone who's seen this before. The problemI upgraded my team from Starter to Professional plan and assigned myself a Dev seat about 24 hours ago. Billing went through and the renewal date is correctly showing July 15, 2026 in my admin panel. However, every MCP call still returns this error: You've reached the Figma MCP tool call limit on the Starter plan.Upgrade your plan for more tool calls. This contradicts what my own whoami MCP call returns: {"handle": "Felipe Augusto","email": "felipeaugustodev1@gmail.com","plans": [{"name": "A equipe de Felipe Oliveira","seat": "Dev","tier": "pro","key": "team::1648368301520545449","seat_type": "developer"}]}So whoami correctly identifies me as tier: "pro" with a Dev seat — but the rate limiter is still applying Starter limits (up to 6/month, per the rate limits doc).Expected behavior per docs: 200 calls/day, 15/min on a Professional D

It seems that in a slide, after animating an object group it is being deleted without any input from my side. Undo does not restore the group.

When I click rename layers, the whole project will freeze for a minute. I didn't have this problem before, but I've been struggling with it for a while now.

I need someone from the Billing Department to get back to me ASAP for us to discuss changes to my account. I was trying to switch my seats from monthly to an annual subscription. When I look at my account I see that I may be getting billed for both monthly and an annual subscription. I cannot find a way to contact Figma Billing directly. Plus I also submitted a ticket, (help.figma.com/hc/requests/1963398). It’s been more that 24 hours. Could someone please respond.Thank you.

hello figggma support,in all my project codelayer doesnt work

An error is blocking my ability to create a new project. No matter what I enter in step 2 (Add people to (group)), I get an error that says “Cant contain characters /*?….”

Hi Figma team,I'm dealing with a billing issue that I'd like to raise here for support, and to give a heads-up to others using Pro plan + AI credits.Issue 1: On my most recent invoice, I was charged an extra $36.77 labeled only as "Billing adjustment" — with no breakdown or explanation of what this charge is for or where it came from.Issue 2: I had already cancelled my AI credits subscription before the next billing cycle. Despite that, the system shows I'll still be charged $60 for AI credits on the upcoming invoice, as if the cancellation never took effect.I've used and genuinely liked Figma for years, but billing this opaque makes it feel like a scam — getting charged for a service I cancelled, plus a hidden fee nobody explains. If anyone from the Figma team or anyone who's run into this before can help clarify:What exactly is a "Billing adjustment" charge?  Why am I still being billed for AI credits after cancelling? How I cancel this? edit - removed screenshot containing PII
