User group doesn't have access

Some members of my team have suddenly been unable to view Figma files they were previously able to access an hour ago.

I have checked that the User Group has View access to the Team and I have also checked that the affected people are in the User Group. 

I have tried asking the users to restart and I have tried removing the User Group from the Team and re-adding them.

My current workaround is to manually invite users individually to the team.

Hey ​@Amy Pan, thanks for reaching out!

This lines up with a brief, temporary issue on our end that affected some permission and sharing checks, it's since been resolved. You shouldn't need to keep manually inviting people individually anymore.

Could you have your affected team members:

  1. Refresh or reopen the file (or navigate away and back)
  2. Confirm they're still listed correctly in the User Group under the People tab

That should restore access now that things are back to normal. If anyone's still stuck after that, let me know and I can get you connected to our support team to take a closer look at their account.
