Design changes on figma make after running a prompt is reflecting, but the same change is not vanishing after page refresh/next day. If I do preview of respective previous version of any design change, then also not able to see the change.

Hello Figma Support team,I have a question regarding version history availability after upgrading my plan.I currently have access to a file where version history only shows approximately the last 30 days. The file itself was created much earlier.Before upgrading to a paid plan, I would like to clarify:1. If I upgrade my account, will I be able to access version history older than 30 days for this existing file?2. Or are older autosave versions permanently deleted and cannot be restored after upgrade?3. Does upgrading unlock hidden history, or only preserves history going forward?Additionally, I have a more specific question:If multiple projects were created within a single file (for example, several designs made for one client inside one draft file), is it possible to determine when a specific frame or design block was originally created?For example:- Can I see the creation date of a specific frame?- Or track when a particular element first appeared in the file through version history?

Hello,I clearly remember canceling my subscription, but I was still charged $22 through automatic billing.Additionally, even after the charge, my account remains on the free plan and does not show any active subscription.I would like to understand why this charge occurred, and if this was an error, I would appreciate a refund.Also, please confirm the current status of my subscription, and if it is still considered active, I would like it to be canceled.Additionally, I will be switching to a company account and do not plan to continue using this account.Thank you.

Hello,I would like to request a refund for the charge related to the Figma Full license.This license was requested without my permission or authorization, and I no longer use the tool, especially the features included in the Full plan. “Pending” status on my app since 4 weeks ago. Is this normal?

After publishing updates to a variables library and pulling them into a consuming file, existing theme‑level overrides were reset and reverted to the library defaults. Overrides that were previously set in the consuming file were lost after the library update, even though they were not intentionally removed.

I am following up again regarding my billing issue and refund request, as I have not yet received any response after several days.I previously requested that my subscription be reduced to one full seat only, but two full seats remained active on my account and I was charged for the extra unused seat. Help! I recently made a prototype for user testing but when it is published and shared, all the text in the prototype is italicized. I've tried doing some research and using prompts to try and fix this, I’ve copied it into a new file, done lots of troubleshooting but I wonder if this is a Figma make bug? It was fine at first and then suddenly everything was italicized. Would love any support on this. Thanks!

i have a library that works the intended way for previously published color styles, but no new ones. not sure which update this feature stopped working but it would at least be the start of the new year, since that is when i would have pulled the colors that are working through the library.  i have changed the names of a few of the color styles that still work correctly and published to confirm it is still linking to the library correctly. context: i have a fill style that i need to apply across a few assets, that fill color is pulled in from a library. we’ll call the assets “hero-block-wide-bg” and the fill named “dark teal” is from the library. “dark teal” only shows up as a fill style where i would select “hero-block-wide-bg” color fill, not in the properties section of “hero-block-wide-bg” color selection. other colors from the same library do show up however.  current workaround is the “dark teal” from the library shows up under “custom”, but then just fills with the hex which isn

Hi team,Despite giving elaborate prompts, attaching Figma frame and even after multiple asks and using much of my credits,  make is not showing any changes in the layouts as prompted. It says in the chat that it has made the changes, but those are not there. For e.g this is the message I receive on the chat “ All sections now match the Figma design with proper styling and layout!” after repeated prompting- but there is no change in the design . At this point it just feels like  it is hogging up credits without giving any value. I am continuously buying credits as they keep getting exhausted on the most simple asks - even then they are not completed. The outputs it is generating is incomplete and shoddy despite giving the simple files to generate exactly as. Disappointed.

I’m having an issue when moving components between files. Every time I transfer them, they seem to break from the original file. I’ve already tried all the solutions I could find in the forums, but the components still break when moved into a different file.Could someone from support please help me move these components into a new file connected to the design system? 

FIGMA IF YOU ARE READING THIS, I have had a support case open for days and you have not responded. This is critical for my organization.We’ve created a table component in Figma and published a CodeConnect mapping using what used to be called Figma’s no-parser setup and now appears to just be documented under “template API” (https://developers.figma.com/docs/code-connect/template-api/).If we look at the snippet in the Figma sidebar, our code snippet shows up just fine, but when we query the MCP server, we get back its own completely-fabricated guess as to what it should be instead of our snippet, including dumping raw Figma props onto our React component instead of the mapped props.If we only add one row from the table, it works fine. If we add more than that, it fails. My best guess is some sort of size limit that Figma MCP has and then it falls back to something else? I have tried everything I can think of and am at a loss.

In our team’s Figma component library, I successfully connected Figma Code Connect with a Github repository. I successfully connected an individual component, but in Dev Mode, when I click on it, i expect to see a React code snippet, but all I see is a “View connection” button. Hi team!I found some strange behavior with Slots in instances.Context:A component has a slot with content, and part of that content is placed inside frames — for example, in my case they are additional chart lines with dots. Frames witn the line 1 and line 2 are visible, other 8 frames with lines are hidden. Some of those hidden elements are controlled by component properties. If you change the content, enable or disable any of the hidden frames inside the slot in an instance, all hidden elements inside those frames disappear.  

How do I get around this? I keep getting “downstream service error” while trying to generate an image and this had happened at least 4 times in a row. 4out of 5 times it only works now. I have reset my connection, opened and closed the tab, nothing seems to be working.

I had a Figma Professional plan from March 24 to April 24. After purchasing the plan, the subscription charge was deducted from my card. I then downgraded/cancelled the paid plan after the full month ended.However, Figma has charged my card again, even though my team still shows as being on the Starter plan, not the Professional plan. I do not see any active paid subscription on my team, so I’m not sure what this new charge is for.Please review my account and billing history, explain why I was charged again, and issue a refund if this charge was made by mistake. attaching the proof.
