I accidentally bought an annual dev seat, how can I cancel it? I just wanted to buy a monthly rate for my project

Hi Figma Support,

I accidentally purchased an additional paid seat for my Figma team. The seat is currently unused and shows as an Available seat—it has never been assigned to any user.

I would like to remove this unused seat from my subscription. 

Reason: I just wanted to buy a monthly seat for my project
 

Could you please help me remove the unused seat?

    I’m Denise with the Community team at Figma. My team here on the forum isn’t able to help with Billing or Account management, but I completely understand the urgency here. Normally, you just need to leave unused seats unassigned before your next Billing date to ensure they’re removed. But I saw that you also reached out to support directly on ticket #2035731, and they were able to help you remove the unused seat.
