Not able to register for config India event

Not able to login and register for Config India Oct event on https://config.figma.com/india/ 
It shows wrong password error and even clicking reset password shows a message that reset email has been sent but nothing inbox or in spams. 
Tried with both paid account and free account.

  • A screenshot of the error message you're seeing when trying to log in or register.

    I’m jumping in to help out ​@Celine_. When attempting to register to attend, it sounds like you’re trying to log in with your existing Figma accounts. Is that correct? 

    If so, you actually want to Sign up by creating an account, instead of logging in here: https://reg.config.figma.com/flow/figma/config26india/application/login

    If you haven’t attended Config in the past, you need to create a new account. This account is separate from your Figma accounts. But if you have tried creating a brand new Config account and you’re still running into issues, please let us know. We can help get you connected with our Config support team.
