Design SJ

Hi Figma Team, hope you're having a wonderful day! ✨

I'm writing to report some unusual behavior we're experiencing in the prototype mode of one of our UX/UI projects.

I've noticed several visual inconsistencies (such as skipping animations, elements not rendering correctly, etc. [Nota: aquí puedes ajustar brevemente el error exacto]). What's peculiar is that these bugs aren't isolated to a single flow; they've become a recurring pattern across the entire experience when playing the prototype.

To give you the full picture, I'm sharing the following:

  • Attached Documentation: I've attached a PDF [ detailing these findings, highlighting exactly which screens and components are affected.

Our priority is to maintain the clarity and usability of our design, so it would be incredibly helpful if you could take a look. We'd love to know if this is a platform performance issue or if there's an internal setting we need to tweak on our end.

Thanks so much for your support! I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Zahira Castillo UX/UI Designer

Hey @Design SJ, thanks for reaching out, and for the detailed documentation!

Since you're seeing this across multiple flows, it'd help to have our customer support team take a closer look at the file directly rather than troubleshooting from screenshots alone. Could you reach out through our Support hub? From there, our team can request the file directly and work through the specifics with you.

In the meantime, here's what's commonly behind each of the patterns you're describing, worth checking on your end:

  1. Content getting cut off while scrolling, check that the frame has Clip content turned on, and that its Overflow setting (in the Prototype tab's Scroll behaviour section).
  2. Cards or elements overlapping, Auto Layout frames default to "Last on top" for Canvas stacking, which can cause lower layers to cover higher ones. Try switching it to "First on top."
  3. Buttons or fixed elements not displaying right, if the element lives inside an Auto Layout frame, it needs Absolute position turned on before Fixed will apply correctly. Also worth checking your constraints (Bottom + Center works well for anchored buttons) and adding bottom padding equal to the fixed element's height.
  4. Skipping animations or general glitchiness, usually a performance symptom. Complex nested instances, unflattened vector artwork, hidden layers, and oversized images are the most common culprits.

More detail here: Prototype scroll and overflow behavior, Apply constraints to define how layers resize, Reduce memory usage in files

Hope the checklist helps in the meantime, our team can take it further once you've submitted a support ticket and shared your file link!
