Figma file opens with comments visible, but design canvas is black for our whole team on Mac

We can open this file: https://www.figma.com/design/NHx43wUY5QouROSxyaePAi/Webpage-UI--Appventurez--Inner-pages-?node-id=1305-6868&p=f&t=4J0wrfLp5zOtbFXD-0 and comments are visible, but the design itself shows as a black screen. This is happening for multiple team members, not just one person. We checked Trash and there is nothing there. We are using Mac. Please help us confirm whether this is a rendering issue, file issue, or permission issue.

I took a look on my end, and I can confirm that I'm able to view the designs and layers across the other pages in the file. However, for the page "Segment 5 Staff Augmentation-II", the canvas appears blank because I don't see any layers on that page.

Based on what I'm seeing, this doesn't appear to be a rendering or permission issue specific to that page. Instead, it looks like there isn't currently any content on the canvas for that page.

As a first step, I'd recommend checking the Version History to see whether the content was modified or removed at some point and, if so, whether it can be restored from an earlier version. For more information on how this works, you can check our Help Center article: View a file's version history

If the issue persists after checking the version history, please submit a bug report through our secure form so our support team can investigate further. When submitting the report, please include:

  • The file URL and grant "Can View" access with support-share@figma.com This allows us to reproduce the issue and investigate
  • A brief description of what you're seeing.
  • A screen recording or screenshots, if possible.
  • Any additional details about when the issue first occurred.
