Refund Request and Billing Inquiry: Unexpected $41.30 Charge

Hi Figma Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for the recent charge of $41.30 on my account, which occurred on July 28, 2026.

I originally subscribed to and authorized the $5 collaborator seat, which fits my current workflow perfectly. However, my account was subsequently charged an additional $41.30. It appears this may have been an unintended automatic upgrade to a full Design seat, or another charge that I do not recognize.

The basic collaborator seat is the absolute maximum I require. I did not intend to activate a full-priced seat or incur this larger fee.

I have checked my workspace settings to prevent further billing, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could reverse this specific $41.30 charge, as it was completely unintentional.
