Educator Account loss of Edit access to all FigJam projects

Today I signed on to find that all of my FigJams that I own across multiple projects under my Education Account, have shifted to View/Comment Only. I went around and around with the Ai support chat and it could not help me with this issue. I have verified that my account is an Educator account, all of the Project files live under that account. 

The other issue that could be related is that my Share button times out and I cannot review access through that process. This happens on the Desktop Application as well as through the Browser. Any help would be wonderful!

This issue has now apparently fixed itself.

Hey ​@anspach, glad that this resolved itself!

What you described lines up with a brief, broader access display issue we spotted and fixed on our end around the same time. It wasn't specific to the Education plan, a temporary glitch affected how file access and the share modal displayed for a number of users, though the actual permissions on your files were never changed.

Since you're seeing edit access again, there's nothing else you need to do on your end. If something similar pops up again, refreshing the file or reopening it usually clears it right up.
