Hi Team,Multiple users are facing issues with the Figma desktop application. After logging in successfully on the web version, when they try to open Figma on the desktop app, it prompts them to log in via a browser again. Even after logging in multiple times, the same issue persists.I have attached screenshots for your reference. Please look into this on a priority basis, as deliverables are getting delayed and this is impacting the work of multiple users.Thank you.

Hi everyone,I wanted to share a situation I ran into and ask if anyone has had a similar experience or managed to get a refund.Our team has been on the Professional plan with 1 Full seat ($20/month). On March 12, I added 7 team members to our workspace intending to give them view/comment access only. I didn't realize that adding members defaults to Full seat (Editor) permission, which triggers billing at $20/seat per month.As a result, we were charged:- Prorated Full seats (Mar 12 - Apr 10, 7 seats): $149.68- Full seats (Apr 10 - May 10, 7 seats): $140.00- Total unexpected charge: $289.68Most of the 7 members never actually used Figma during this period. As soon as I identified the issue, I downgraded all of them back to Viewer on April 10.I've already reached out to Figma support requesting a refund, but I understand this may fall outside their standard policy. Has anyone successfully received a refund or account credit in a similar situation? Any advice on how to approach this would

Hello,I am currently a student and using my university email address with Figma. However, I am experiencing an issue with my education verification and cannot access the Figma Education benefits.I already contacted SheerID regarding this matter. They informed me that my verification process was successfully completed on their side and that the status was forwarded to Figma. According to them, the issue is not on their end.At the same time, I am unable to re-submit my verification because SheerID only allows verification once every 365 days. Whenever I try again, I receive a message saying that I have already submitted a request.This leaves me in a situation where my student verification seems to have been lost or not properly processed by Figma.Could you please help me understand what might have gone wrong and how this issue can be resolved?I urgently need access to the Figma Education plan, as I am currently working towards completing my bachelor’s degree this year.Thank you in advanc

The error message shown to me by Figma Make is: "Couldn't load Make. Try checking your network connection or refreshing the page. (M2)"I have tried checking my network, VPN and DNS settings, switching to different browsers to access Figma Make, and logging into it on different computers, yet the issue still persists.However, my teammates in the same team can use it normally, and we are all under the same network environment. So I suspect that the problem might be related to my account. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you so much!
I have a full seat. I have created this library named KBC Bootstrap, which I’ve published and I don’t see the “Export to figma make” to create a Make kit for Figma Make. I’ve tried all of the suggestions. I can not figure out why I can’t see it. The option was available couple weeks ago.

First let me say that I really love Figma and the speed at which it lets me create anything I can think of. What I don’t like is the delays going from creation to launch.All of my DNS settings are correct and propagated. Still waiting on SSL to be issued. Every time I launch a site it’s the same thing….waiting days for the SSL. Can we get an engineer to look into how SSL certs are created? This should be a <1 minute process.
My plugin ID 1614785822982673698 seems to be stuck in review for almost a month. I never received an email confirmation when submitting.When visiting the URL https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1614785822982673698/portable-expert I do see the message “This page is private for now. Only you can see it while your plugin is in review.” So it’s still floating around somewhere. Can your team take a look please?

When editing a master component, using the UI pulldown menu (right sidebar inspector) to convert a Group to a Frame updates the layer display, but the underlying Plugin API node type incorrectly remains GROUP instead of changing to FRAME.The issue here is that there’s now a mismatch between the way the API can access this node type and the way it’s represented to humans in the display tree; Humans can’t visually verify that we’re looking at a false Frame (that’s really just a Group) unless they run dev console commands against the node type.Steps to reproduce: Create a Component Add random things to it, Group those items Select the Group Type this in the console: console.log(figma.currentPage.selection[0]?.type); Note that it says “GROUP” Use the UI to switch in the sidebar to change it into a Frame Repeat the console command Note that it still outputs “GROUP”, and display tree says that it’s a Frame

I am using a school account and made a whole project a year ago. When going back I seemingly have lost access to that file and cannot gain access since I “am not the file owner” but I created it all on this account that I am using. Is there any way to access it since I cannot find the file anywhere except for the tab I’ve kept open all this time looking for it?
Figma Credit scam. Earlier there were 86 credits. Then I gave prompt. Usage credit for said Prompts were 40. & then it shows 0 credit left. This is just a new way of scam.

Hi Figma support team, i am currently having issues receiving my verification link to open a company account in my name. I have contacted my IT support in my company about the issue, and it has been resolved that the problem is not from their end. Your AI assistant suggested the IT team removes it from quarantine, but an email has to be received before it’s quarantined. please keep in mind I am not receiving any email from figma.
