PRASHANT RAJ

ello Figma Support Team,

I am unable to open one of my Figma Make files. Whenever I try to open it, the screen remains completely white, and I receive a memory-related issue. The file is no longer accessible.

File URL:
https://www.figma.com/make/9CXvfpqChZiy0O9DwGUHKp/RM-CBM-Visit?t=v6p4NuOdXNQvEfhM-0

This file contains several hours of work and is very important to my project. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restarted my computer.
  • Tried opening the file in different browsers.
  • Cleared browser cache and used an Incognito window.
  • Attempted to reload the file, but it still opens as a white screen.

Could you please investigate whether the file can be recovered or repaired? If there is a server-side recovery option or a previous recoverable version, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Please let me know if you need any additional information, such as screenshots, browser details, or system specifications.

Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your response.

Hi, @PRASHANT RAJ 👋 Sorry to hear about this. Thanks for including all your deatils. I went to get this to support and I found an open ticket from today — ID 2044304. Is this ticket for this issue? Or a seperate one. I just want to make sure before I make my next move.

Yes, this post and Ticket ID 2044304 are about the same issue. Please help—this represents nearly two months of my hard work.

Thanks & Regards,

Hey @PRASHANT RAJ — Tom here, stepping in for @Jaycee Lewis today. Thanks for confirming.

We've routed this to our Technical Quality team so they can take a closer look at what's happening with the file. They'll be in touch through your open ticket: 2044304.

I understand how much work is tied up in this one, so I want to get your report to the people who can dig into it properly.

If anything changes on your end before they reach out, feel free to keep us updated here. 🙏🏻

It is still not resolved.

I created this project using my account ([redacted by moderator to remove personal information]). Under my account, I have three projects. This file was originally created under the Pearl project:
https://www.figma.com/files/team/1636313194341360279/all-projects?fuid=1525416807136158498

While working on the RM/CBM file in the Pearl project, the file suddenly became blank after I submitted a prompt.

At that time, I was worried that the project might get locked because I only had 458 AI credits remaining and my subscription was due for renewal on 31 August. To avoid losing my work, I created a separate project and moved the file there to keep it safe.

This is everything I did. I did not delete, modify, or perform any other actions that could have caused the file to become blank. This project represents nearly two months of my work, so I would really appreciate your help in recovering it.
