I used Figma Make to apply corrections to one page, and the page became invisible due to code errors I cannot understand.

I do not have any AI credits left, so I cannot send another prompt to repair it.

I already tried Refresh preview, refreshing the browser, and opening the file with Open with preview disabled, but I still need help recovering the page.

Hi @beatricelongari, Celyn from the Figma Community Support team here.

Sorry to hear you're running into this. I understand that you've already tried refreshing the preview, refreshing your browser, and opening the file with Open with preview disabled.

If you haven't already, one other thing you could try is reverting to a previous checkpoint. Figma Make automatically creates checkpoints as changes are made, so if you can still access the AI chat, click the ↺ Revert button next to the file to restore it to an earlier checkpoint. Restoring a checkpoint doesn't require sending a new prompt or using additional AI credits.

If that doesn't help recover the page, I've gone ahead and created a support ticket so our team can investigate further. Your case number is #2055002.

When you have a moment, please reply directly to the ticket with:

  • A link to the affected Figma Make file.
  • Invite support-share@figma.com with “Can View” access to your file (this won’t impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate further with Engineering).
  • If possible, share the last prompt you sent before the page became invisible, along with any screenshots of the error messages you're seeing and a screen recording of the issue, if you're able to capture one.

Hope this helps and please keep an eye on your inbox for updates from the team. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
