I'm unable to export Figma Slides. The Export button isn't visible anywhere, and the export option doesn't appear under "Actions" either.

Hey @Aleksandra_5555, thanks for reaching out!

In Figma Slides, exporting lives in a slightly different spot than you might expect. It's not a standalone button or under an Actions menu, but tucked into the File menu. Here's how to get to it:

  1. Open your slide deck.
  2. Click the Main menu (the Figma icon in the top left).
  3. Navigate to File > Export slides to.
  4. From there you can choose PDF or PPTX, pick which slides to include, and configure a few other settings before exporting.

If you're working in design mode within a slide (editing individual elements rather than the deck itself), export works like it does in Figma Design instead. Select what you want to export, then use the Export section in the right-hand sidebar. Just note that exporting individual assets this way requires edit access to the deck and a Full seat.

One more thing worth checking: if you're not the owner of this deck, the owner may have restricted viewers from copying or exporting assets, which would explain the option not showing up at all. More detail here: Export from Figma Slides.

To help me narrow this down, could you let me know whether you're the deck owner or working from a shared copy, and whether you're on the browser or desktop app?

Thank you,
