Figma Make keep creating content which you can’t see. The preview version button doesn’t do anything. 8/10 I have to say I can’t see what you did and then it works.
Hello Figma Support, We recently purchased an annual Figma plan, but after subscribing, we learned that Figma Make requires additional charges for AI credits. As a result, our company has decided to cancel the annual subscription. We are currently in the first month of the plan. There are multiple components that are not rendering properly in the Assets tab, both in the design system file where the components are hold and in files using this design system. Once copied in the design file, the problematic components are rendered as expected. (see video attached). The render issue seems a bit random as it’s not always the same components that are rendering incorrectly. Refreshing the file sometime changes the preview of some components, now being correctly or incorrectly rendered. On the design system file, clicking on the component to open the preview popup updates the preview, showing it correctly, but this does not work on a file using this design system. However, in a file using this design system, clicking on a component to open the preview popup, then changing 1 property does render the preview correctly in this popup. I am writing for assistance with my request for a full refund for a recent subscription charge on this account. My subscription was auto-renewed yesterday, which was an oversight on my end as I believed I had already turned off auto-renewal. I’m currently using Figma through another active account and do not need a paid plan on this account. Just got charged 232 euros for a plan I checked multiple times and was already canceled. As far as I understood for over 6 months, this plan was already inactive and no privileges were assigned to me. I checked and this was the case in my team. Yet, I am now charged 232 euros. I need to contact the relevant department to ensure today's payment is reverted and the plan, which I thought was successfully canceled (no one has used it for over a year) is properly canceled this time.

Hello Figma team,I opened a support ticket 3 days ago but have not received a response yet.Ticket ID: #1901080I need help with an accidental billing issue on my account.On 13-May-2026, a payment was made for a Dev Seat by mistake. I also noticed that I may have accidentally upgraded/added a Full Seat, which appears to have been added to the next invoice as well. I did not intend to keep or use these paid seats.I already contacted support and explained that the payment/seat change was made by mistake, but the ticket is still open with no reply.Could someone from the Figma billing/support team please review this case and help with either:refunding the accidental Dev Seat payment, and removing/refunding the accidentally added Full Seat from the next invoice, if applicable.I understand Figma’s payments may normally be non-refundable, but this was an accidental seat change/payment and I am requesting a one-time billing review.Thank you.

As shown in the screenshot, I have already cancelled my Figma subscription, yet invoices for extra seats are still generated.I have fully paid the full invoice for my Figma plan before. Due to repeatedly switching subscription plans back and forth multiple times, a lot of unnecessary seats that I never used and do not need were added to my account. I think this billing rule is unreasonable. Could you please charge fees based on actual usage instead of requiring seat purchases?My request is to completely cancel my subscription and waive the invoice for next month.
It seems overly difficult to export transparent png’s. Despite advice on making sure frame and background fills are hidden or removed entirely, I’m still getting grey backgrounds. Sometimes grouping elements together and exporting only those groups work - but my naming conventions get out of whack. Please make it easier to control transparencies on frames or export settings.
Hello Figma Support,I am following up regarding my cancellation and refund request submitted 5 days ago.I would like to strongly request an immediate refund of USD 16.50 for the unexpected charge made to my account after my plan was changed without clear confirmation or approval from me.I never received a proper email notification, warning, or confirmation that my plan would be upgraded or changed before the charge was processed. I was very surprised to suddenly see the additional payment taken from my account. If I had been clearly informed beforehand, I would not have agreed to the plan change and would have cancelled immediately.As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted support and requested both cancellation and refund on the same day. Hi everyone,I was on an Education plan and was downgraded to Starter. I am trying to transfer a design to a new user. The file ownership was transferred from a designer Poonam to me, but the file still shows as being in Poonam’s Drafts. When I select Move, I get the message: ‘You can’t move files that are in another person’s Drafts.’ We mainly need to preserve the design; preserving comments would be helpful but is not required.Thanks
When importing images directly into Figma Make, for some reason some of the images were directly linked in the form of src=”/src/imports/imagename.png” instead of using an import at the top of the page and then linking to the imported asset, eg: import importedImage from “@/imports/imagename.png”…<imgsrc={importedImagge}alt="This is the image"className="h-full object-contain"/>This only occurred for newly-added images. Images directly linked via the img tag’s src attribute are not processed during the build and do not end up correctly linked in the final distribution (dist) output. Fix was to manually edit the code where any images were referenced in the img src attribute and import them same as other assets.
I subscribed to Figma and paid $20 expecting monthly AI credits, as advertised. Recently, I discovered that Figma has changed this system to a daily limit instead, which significantly reduces the value of what I paid for. This change was not clearly communicated, and it feels unfair to existing subscribers who signed up under different terms. Has anyone else experienced this, and how is Figma addressing it?
I have a Figma Pro Plan, and now Claude is telling me that, “Figma puts a cap on how many MCP requests can be made in a given window. When that cap is hit, every call returns that error until it resets.”Where is this cap documented? How can I tell when it will reset? Why didn’t it mention “caps” when I paid for this membership? This is holding up development now, and actually as a STOCK HOLDER in this company, I am not happpy about this at all.
This is an enormous issue as issues are creeping into client-facing designs. Figma has always been reliable as an atomic design tool, but overrides are resetting when I copy and page components within the same page or to new pages and I can’t catch all of them. This never used to happen, and it’s fundamental that it works. Our workflow has been developed utilising Figma’s capability as a design tool. That capability now seem unreliable, and it’s throwing my design team through a loop and clients are noticing. It’s been prevalent for about 4 months and goes unfixed while gimmicks like custom cursors get added and removed each week. This is something we have noticed across out whole team, whether on mac or Windows.
